It's so bizarre to me how 2005 still feels like the beginning of the year. I usually notice all the different phases of a year, such as seasons, holidays, moods associated with a certain part of the year; like a biological yearly clock. In 2005, I didn't go through any of that, yet it's almost over. I mean I went through the motions, but looking back, I didn't get the emotional satisfaction. I feel robbed.

Roomie and I agree that it's because of school. I lost my senses because school's taken me hostage and not let me see the light of day. I think the funky weather all year played a role in all this too. Well, there's always next year!
